If that's what's gonna happen to the Spyro fandom, I'm seriously doubting having this be just SPYRO FANS ANONYMOUS, and becoming INSOMNIAC SPYRO FANS ANONYMOUS. Sure, I'll make another SFA for VUSpyro, but... Eh. I think the fandom's splitting at the seams, like Sonic's did. Strangely... it happened starting with the introduction of Amy Rose.

I fully support Spyro and Elora from day one. And Elora and Spyro would look so cute together! And the kids they would have magic powers they would have two forums the frist one a Dragon the second one a Faun! Aww they would look so cute! smiley

I hope in Spyro games Elora and Spyro will become a couple one day.

I agree. I love this pairing! Even though I have a teeny weeny crush on Spyro... =D

Reason 1: Elora has been there for Spyro in RR always, she even helped him beat Gulp! I think she likes him!

Reason 2: Spyro seems to like her as well! But since he's been caught up in saving the world, he couldn't visit her! I'm sure he would like... Everyday if he could.

So yeah. I say that it's EloraXSpyro ALL the way! Ember is too much of a... Sue. (DUN DUN DUN!)

For those who haven't figured out from my sig and general anti-VU attitude, my butt is firmly seated in the Spyro/Elora camp.

Yes, I know Spyro/Ember seems more LIKELY, certainly the... err... mechanics of such a relationship would be simpler and more... realistic.

But scince when has realism applied to species which, I don't believe, have ever exsisted in, at least, this incarnation of the universe?
Or, for that matter, in a fandom where Cheetah/Rabbit is, or at least WAS, canon?

Besides, Ember is to darn cutesy, fangirly lookey-at-suger-sweet-me. It's verging on mary-suism.

I say Miss fairyfloss, Miss Sweetandstickyasstinkin'cottoncandy, can crawl back to the 3D design program she came from.

Hip, hip, hooray for Spyro/Elora!

While Spyro/Elora does sound nice, I'm starting to get the picture that there really wasn't a whole lot behind the relationship, at least in Insomniac's eyes.

I mean, while she was one of the major characters in Ripto's Rage, she was largely non-existant in the plot of Year of the Dragon, save for that last bit. But even if Elora wasn't in that game AT ALL, it wouldn't really have affected the game a whole lot.

Really, if that is the case, then Insomniac is more to blame... undecided

No worries wink. Takes more than that to insult me, and probably the other SpyroXEmber fans. Although perhaps 'Miss Sweetandstickyasstinkin'cottoncandy' was overdoing it a little...ah no matter...'Miss Fairyfloss' does sound kinda nice in a way smiley

My opinion:

SpyroxElora
Almost any Spyro fic that I write has at least subliminal tones of this.

SpyroxEmber: ...meh. undecided

I have left these Forums because I have lost my interest in Spyro. There are too many n00bs out there and I can't stand them, always keep saying Insominiac should come back. Don't ever bother messaging me here.

vu annoyed me by taking out all the romance from previous games. in the first few games, we see romance (sortof rolleyes) between spyro and elora and hunter and bianca were definitely in love. but in their latest titles, these romances are barely addressed, if addressed at all. as for spyroXelora, i would have been happy if it happened.

Now that doesn't make a lot of sense. Spyro's romance with Elora was a small joke, nothing more, and Hunter and Bianca were just a small part of the game's storyline.

Once VU got on their feet they did put in some sort of romance in the form of Ember, who has that ridiculous crush. I don't think there's too great a difference between the two. Spyro the Dragon has never been about romance.

ure right. romance has never been big in spyro. but VU stripped it out completely after the SOI and SOF games. and ember's crush is not romance, just a joke. They refuse to mention mutual romance in any way shape or form, which stinks.

The less romance in Spyro games, the better, IMHO. wink
