I liked it. But I don't like how it's so glitchy (The game froze when I was in Cloud 9 once. I had to shut my PS2 off. I was so ticked.) and I don't like how you have to complete a certain percentage of the game to fight Ripto. I just don't have the patience for that.

I spent months eagerly anticipating the release of Enter the Dragonfly. Spyro with all the style of the old games but with upped graphics on the PS2. I couldn’t wait. And when it came at last I was disappointed. It seemed that much of the good structure of the old game had been sacrificed for the better graphics. The game felt like it had been redesigned for a whole new audience without taking into account the things that had worked so well about the old games. And worst of all – it was far too short.

That said the extra powers were rather cool and I DID like the new graphics – it was nice to be able to make these characters out, at last. And yeah as TurquoisePheonix said, it was fun to see Ripto doing that presto chango thing and his “don’t want to sound like a videogame cliché” line was funny. The game was not terrible. It just wasn’t at all what I had hoped for.
