Please don't make Meridell a key focus... please don't make Meridell a key focus...

TCG art is always nice to look at, such pretty colours.

Guess what, Bogshot is in Meridell, making the total amount of subworlds up to five, not counting the main Meridell map. (Meridell Farms, Meridell Castle, Darigan Citadel, Brightvale, and now Bogshot. >_<wink

I stick with my claim that I wanted Bogshot a completely new map or an add-on to the Haunted Woods. Why concentrate on Meridell when Faerieland is screaming "REVAMP ME! REVAMP ME! MY ART IS SO OLD AND CRUMMY!".

...Argh. >_< Or add worlds to Krawk Island! Mystery Island! Lost Desert! Tyrannia! Anything but Meridell!

<random Neopian rant, offsubject>

...I've seen the cutscenes in action, and man, do I like what I see...They move so life-like...

That's my problem with Meridell, that and Brightvale was a gip. Nothing but shops, a game similar to grumpy-old-king and a wheel which seems to like giving me a free spin and then useless information... darn it all. I think the Team have a favourite world. wink

I'm hoping Darigan will soon fly away and form it's own world. Close to Meridell, but not as a part of Meridell.

Merridel is so overrtated.

The cutscenes are amazing, I have to agree. But what I want to know is, what are the voices like?

TP, how did you find out where Bogshot is?

It took a little research, but yeah, somewhere on the site, The Neopets Team confirmed that Bogshot is going to have a link from either Brightvale or Meridell, meaning that it's a Meridell subworld.
...I'm still waiting for Faerieland revamps, Team. You were gracious enough to revamp all the other worlds (except Krawk Island and Happy Valley in Terror Mountain).

I heard some of the voices in a preview that Gamespot has (A real long movie, so I suggest you either have highspeed Internet or a LOT of spare time.) and well, I like them. They sound...Neopet-y. As in, they fit the characters. Tor has a really cute young hero voice.

My only gripe is that I don't like how King Skarl was animated. He looks too much like Crush in kingly robes. tongue

I'm hoping there is at least one zafara character in it - even if it is an NPC. I love zafaras. =) Meridell always get to have a part in Neopet games, and I personally agree that it should have been set elsewhere - I preferred it to be set in Terror Mountain or like you said, Faerie Land.

OH MY GOD OH MY GOD OH MY GOD!

If you find Prince Tuorin's book (On the characters page), he'll give you a gameplay trailer!!!! I'll post the scrript because this is so awesome.

Tor's Dad: Is this really what you want to do?
Tor: More than anything.
King Skarl: Sir Tormund, defender of the kingdom and knight of the realm!
*Cinematic (With no voices) and Tor gameplay*
Roberta: *bows* I am Roberta.
*Roberta gameplay*
Roberta: Faerieland has fallen, uncle! It's been overwhelmed with the same forces that took over Merridel!
*Werelupe King and Gelert Assassin appear, but don't speak*
Darkest Faerie: *evil laugh*

THE VOICES ARE SO AWESOME!!!!

That's before Christmas... oh, good. Thankfully. Now, to drop hints around the place. Or save up for it, whichever way really.
