xx Election- The next SFAdmin
« Thread started on: May 2nd, 2006, 7:36pm »

Hello, one and all, of course this place hasn't had much activity, but now we have finally gathered enough pupils to make an election.

The candidates are: Fenrina Caldro, a long time member here, Ruby Krystal, an active member, and Charles Frost, a responsible member.

Each of you will make 2-4 lines of why you would be a good SFAdmin.

For those of who are voting, vote on who you think would be best for the job, not for your best friend. It's a serious topic. Oh, and it'd be best not to tell anyone who you voted for. wink

The election ends on May 16th, giving you two weeks to vote. Have fun, you guys.

Oh, is this what that PM was all about? Only, the PM I received about nominations was sent to me on March 1st, and I hadn't noticed it until March 8th or 9th, so I'd assumed the whole idea had been scrapped and thus had not replied.

Oh dear, I hope I don't appear lazy to everyone, I really did think the whole thing wasn't happening. I probably should have replied, even if I was going to refuse, simply to show that I'd acknowledged the PM.

---

Hmm, as it stands, I have voted, though I'm not going to reveal who at any time, not even after the new moderator has been decided, simply to avoid unnecessary drama.

But, Good Luck everyone. wink It's nice to see this election going on, it shows that some life has returned to SFA, which is nice, because it's actually one of the few forums I have stayed with.

Looks like CF is winning but who knows time isn't up yet.
What does it take to be an admin? I would like to be one here some day in the probably very distant future.(if it were to even ever happen of course. Though I do doubt it due to my less than perfect past here)

A past shouldn't really matter on that part, more or less whether you're capable of being a good admin at the moment itself... People change over time anyway..

I cannot say I had expected to stand a chance, mostly due to my absence untill about a month ago. It's an honour however to encounter 4 votes allready, though the election still lasts about 10 days...

Having planned to wait for the other contestants to write their lines first, I'll stick with that for the time being, unless it ends up taking too long. I'm not too certain as to what to write at this very moment...

Thanks for your support thus far, and to Fenrina and Ruby, good luck for the remainder of the election...

I have left these Forums because I have lost my interest in Spyro. There are too many n00bs out there and I can't stand them, always keep saying Insominiac should come back. Don't ever bother messaging me here.

Looks like you're gonna win Charles. Of course you the only one who really could logically win. The other two don't even come here anymore. shocked

It's a pity the number of votes remain limited to such an extend, but I guess with a large portion of the group's members being somewhat more inactive lately, it's inevitable...

2-1-4 ... Who knows... 5 days can still mean a lot of changes...

I'd vote but I don't know who the candidates are... undecided And I'd feel kinda guilty having a say in board leadership when I'm still relatively new.
